You: You (commonly referred to as "Your" in this agreement) refers to the individual accessing or using the Website, Service, or Project(s), or the company or any other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, Service, or Project(s), as applicable.
Data: Data (commonly referred to as "Personal Information" or "Information" in this agreement) refers to the information We collect for the purpose determined by Us.
Lunar Network: Lunar Network refers to a company owned by Luna Alfien which is utilized by Mechvibes to provide essential services, including but not limited to this website.

Information Provided By You: We collect information when you voluntarily provide it, for example, when registering for our Project(s) or Service(s). Such information we collect includes, but is not limited to, username and email address.
Information Provided by Third Parties: We collect information from third party services when you request us to collect it, for example, when logging into or registering for our Project(s) or Service(s) with Discord.
Information Collected Automatically: When using or interacting with our Project(s) and Service(s), we receive and store information such as IP addresses, timezone and activity, including, but is not limited to, how you use our website. We may also maintain and collect logs generated in-app and on-site. Consent may or may not be required before these logs are collected.
Mechvibes does not sell any of Your information to third parties. Your data is used for the purpose improving of our Project(s) and for the safety of our Project(s). Your data may be shared with Lunar Network for the purpose of improving their Project(s) and Service(s) and for the safety of their Project(s) and Service(s). Your data is not shared with anyone except for Lunar Network and Mechvibes.
